When was the last time you pay attention to your breathing? When was the last time you realize that there is air coming in and out of your body?
Try it. It does not even have to be deep breathing. Just normal breathing. All you have to do is pay attention to it. Pay attention, feel blessed and don't try to control it. Just let it flow. Try it for a minute or two everyday. And let me know how you feel.
